The Caledonia Oak, Darien
A historic, centuries-old Southern live oak on the riverfront lawn at Oaks on the River, where many weddings are held beside the Darien River. We were asked to trim it.
“I am the Property Manager for Lucas Properties where we offer 5 Star service to our Commercial Office Clients including our Oaks On The River Boutique Resort in Darien. Jerome and his crew did an incredible job for us by trimming The Caledonia Oak - a historic, centuries-old Southern live oak located on the riverfront lawn of the Oaks on the River Luxury Boutique Resort which offers picturesque venue where many weddings are held alongside the Darien River. He knows how special this tree is to Darien and so many other people who have created special memories underneath its sprawling Spanish Moss covered branches and we trusted his expertise. We found him through the Darien Chamber of Commerce because we believe in creating opportunities for local vendors when possible. We will continue to reach out to him for other jobs for all of our properties. Thank you Jerome!”
